This Agreement describes the Terms of Service, please read this Agreement
carefully, on which are applicable details for you use FOOD MACHINE
MARKETPLACE. Also, by using this site, your agreement represents to
affirm the following terms and conditions of Services. Terms and Conditions
may change from time to time so please check back periodically. Being
a member, you are bound by the agreement in your use of the Services
and Marketplace.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

that you have joined into this AGREEMENT with Food Machine Marketplace
and that you will be bound by the terms and conditions, which Food Machine
Marketplace in its discretion may change from time to time. A notice
will be posted on our "News" on-line to inform you of any changes to
the TERMS. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the
SERVICES. The changed TERMS shall automatically be effective immediately
after they are initially posted on Food Machine Marketplace. Your continued
use of the SERVICES will signify your acceptance of the changed TERMS.
This Agreement may not be otherwise modified except in a writing signed
by an authorized officer of Food Machine Marketplace.

IS A FREE PLATFORM FOR MARKETING.
The supplier members join in FOOD MACHINE MARKETPLACE free, you will
be offered Member ID and Password after filling your information for
registration. You can post all of your products when you log in with
the offered Member ID and Password. We will recommend you to global
buyers to accelerate the business opportunities.
3. GLOBAL MARKETING SERVICE
FOR MORE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
FOOD MACHINE MARKETPLACE is a concentrated marketplace
for food machines. We integrate all the food machine suppliers as well
as post their diversified machines of different functions and peripheral
equipment online for global buyers' handy searching, accomplishing convenience
of one-stop purchase. In addition, we establish alliance with international
purchasing groups coupled with complete global marketing system. We
are convinced that we will boost FOOD MACHINE MARKETPLACE to the whole
world inviting a great many buyers to place orders here creating more
benefits for both suppliers and buyers.
4. AGREEMENT OF COOPERATION.
The outlay of establishment, marketing and promotion
of FOOD MACHINE MARKETPLACE is from the leading company. Supplier members
need not to pay for registration. The leading company will introduce

and sales network. The leading company is responsible for inquiry management,
quotation and negotiation; supplier members will be offered the orders
and sign up an agreement of cooperation with the leading company discussing
on quotation, delivery and so on as well as the sharing of benefit of

5. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS.
If you register with us, you agree to provide true,
accurate, current and complete information about yourself or company
as prompted by the member information form at FOOD MACHINE MARKETPLACE,
and maintain and promptly update the member information to keep it true,
accurate, current and complete. If you have registered with us on behalf
of a company or other entity, then you represent and warrant that you
have the authority to bind such company or other entity to the TERMS.
6. INTERNET LINKS.
The SERVICE may provide, or third parties may provide,
links to other global Web sites or resources. Because Food Machine Marketplace
has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree
that Food Machine Marketplace is not responsible for the availability
of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not
responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other
materials on or available from such sites or resources.
7. MEMBER ID, PASSWORD
AND SECURITY.
During the registration process, you will select a Member
ID and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your Member ID and Password. Hereafter, you can add or delete the
product on Product Area with Member ID and Password.
8. THE LICENSE YOU GRANT
TO US.
You grant to us the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual,
royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display (in whole
or in part) YOUR INFORMATION, and/or to incorporate YOUR INFORMATION
in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later
developed with your absolute assent.
9. NO COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION.
This marketplace is set for informational polestar, which
is no further project for the specific commercial, financial, investment,
accounting, tax, or legal advice. You agree that you may not commercially
exploit any of Food Machine Marketplace information, including but not
limited to, copying any information displayed, on the Food Machine Marketplace,
without prior written authorization from an authorized officer of Food
Machine Marketplace.
10. PROMOTION.
Unless you specify that you'd prefer not to hear from
us, we may also use the email and mailing addresses that you filled
for registration to advise you of upcoming auctions which may be of
your interest and for promotional reasons.
11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS.
You shall respect with all applicable laws, statutes,
ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the SERVICE and your
bidding on, listing, purchase and sale of items, including, but not
limited to, complying with all applicable laws regarding the transmission
of technical data exported from any applicable country. The AGREEMENT
shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of China.
12. TERMINATION.
This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between
you and Food Machine Marketplace until terminated by you or Food Machine
Marketplace, without notice. If you become dissatisfied with the e-marketplace,
in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of
the e-marketplace. Food Machine Marketplace reserves the right to terminate
your registration or use of the e-marketplace for any reason whenever,
in its unique discretion.
